 have any of you heard about the refund system?  and who wants to work according to such a scheme?  

the court case is about sending the amount of money for a visa and a master card; for this you need the card number and expiration date

This money comes as a refund from an online purchase.  from an American store.  after accepting the money you must send our interest in crepto.

Receipt on some BIN.  Which will be effective for an unknown period, perhaps a day, a week, or a month.  Some cards BIN will not accept payments and others will be blocked.

Risks.
Blocked the card whene testing .
Sometimes, several days after completing the work, the bank may charge back or block the card.
