CC and paypal markets which require Javascript. Can they be legit?

When I looked on Hidden Answers for tips how to find scammers, one of the most important advice was that if the market uses Javascript then it is for sure a scam.

BnW Clone Cards, Onion Multishop, Astaricon, C*****P - they all use Javascript, and they all are verified on this forum as LEGIT.

Alpha Cards, Creditcard Center, Deep Money Transfer - they all don't use Javascript and they all are verified on this forum as SCAMS.

Can anyone explain how is it possible?

Strange theory.
With the help of Java Script you can actually create clones and mirror sites, this is actually actively used by scammers... Yes. This is true.
But this does not mean that everyone who uses a Java script becomes a scammer. Also, this does not mean that all scammers use Java Script. This is ordinary logic.
I know a lot of fraudulent sites that do not use Java script.

It's strange to make such conclusions. This is the same as saying: people are killed with a kitchen knife, which means everyone who has a kitchen knife is a murderer.

It is stupid to draw a conclusion based on such an argument. Java script is a tool. If this tool is used by scammers, this does not mean that the tool itself is a sign of a scammer. A Java script was indeed once one of the signs of a fraudulent site. Not a guarantee, but just one of the features! But this is no longer the case, your information is very outdated, it was relevant 7-8 years ago, but not now. Nowadays everyone uses Java script. If you follow your logic, then any search service is a scam. LOL.
