I already ordered a product (wn tran) from onion multishop...12hrs almost gone.

But i didn’t Received any type email for confirmation or product details. I sent email also but nobody did not respond also.

How can i do now?

Any one can tell me or help me??please.

people write all the time when something goes wrong and anxiety arises. A 12-hour delay in response immediately raises outrage and questions. But when everything is decided, I rarely notice who responds and talks about their success. Apparently there is no desire to waste time when everything is already good.

UPDATE: I received my order. The seller did not explain this delay in any way and did not answer my questions. I don’t quite understand this attitude towards the client, but this is no longer important, the main thing is that I received my wu tran.
